Join our office team for Crystal Ski as an Operations Support Team Leader in Austria and be the key link in the chain between our resort teams, our head office colleagues and our suppliers, providing essential admin support to enable our resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service. You will lead an Operations Support team in destination and assist the Operations Support Team Manager with the responsibility of all related functions of office management in your area.

  • You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life.
  • You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player with excellent communication skills and overall, just a true people person who displays resilience.
  • You have digital know-how, you want to learn the systems we use day to day, the technology needed to do it and / or make suggestions on how to improve ways of working & drive our digital culture.
  • You have a high capacity to manage a team to deliver results.
  • You have exceptional administration, management, planning and organisation skills.
  • You’re agile and have a high level of attention to detail and can juggle strategic priorities / projects and whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics, without losing focus on planning ahead.
  • You enjoy driving overseas and you are confident to do so in snowy conditions is key.
  • Fluent verbal and written English is required, and a high level of German is highly advantageous.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Play a key role in the planning and execution of the staff onboarding process for all departments in destination at the start of the season.
  • Monitor areas of financial risk, such as the maintenance of company vehicles and staff accommodation, to ensure the delivery of financial commitments whilst aligning with business deliverables.
  • Work with the resort teams to ensure the content of our Crystal Ski Explorer App is professional, on brand, useful and above all engaging for our guests.
  • Collaborate with all teams to oversee the successful completion of a range of processes relating to HR, local compliancy etc.
  • Lead a team of direct reports and be responsible for people engagement and the development of team members with clear objectives.
  • Responsible for ensuring day to day tasks are completed efficiently and on time by the team.
  • Play a key part in supporting the guest facing teams by either supporting the team on the ground at the airport on a Saturday or undertaking essential tasks in our offices.
