  • Development and optimization of the battery core functions (SoC, SoF, SoH, balancing)
  • Commissioning of batteries in Graz and at the customer's worldwide
  • Project management of SOP and R&D projects
  • Technical management of an international software team
  • Interface to other disciplines (e.g. system, hardware, ASW, tools)
  • Customer interface for BCF software topics
  • Participation in programs for continuous improvement / lessons learned
  • Feedback of the project status to the system project management / line management


  • Completed degree (TU, FH) in the field of computer science, telematics, electrical engineering or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of control engineering, in particular an exceptionally good understanding of model-based development and observer design in non-linear systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/Targetlink
  • Good overall understanding of control units and their interaction
  • Knowledge of how to use the analysis tools Canalyzer, Canape / INCA an advantage
  • High analytical and conceptual skills
  • Communication and team skills
  • Knowledge of ASPICE an advantage
  • Knowledge of HV batteries an advantage
  • Proficient English language knowledge, German language knowledge very welcome

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €47.600,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
