Dein Profil

  • + 5 years’ experience in R&D / Q&FS roles
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP, specifically in the Quality Management (QM) module
  • Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting within manufacturing or food production environments
  • Good computer literacy and understanding of data structure
  • Solid expertise in quality and innovation related processes, ideally built at Royal Canin or across other Mars divisions, within the corporate R&D/Quality teams, or from previous roles at other companies
  • Knowledge and interest for process design and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Proficient English language skills (both written and verbal) linked to effective communication skills.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Supports integration of global Quality end-to-end processes with other functional areas
  • Supports process design and building system capabilities to efficiently run quality operations, as well as supporting regional EOS deployments
  • Contributes to design of a seamless Quality end-to-end processes by collaborating with Global Business Process Owners and Functional Experts
  • Liaises with Royal Canin business stakeholders to gather business requirements, provides updates on progress, and addresses concerns related to quality and food safety data integration
  • Supports DT team with data requirements & integration
  • Collaborates with DT team to create migration strategy
  • Actively participates in project planning and execution, providing subject matter expertise together with EOS Quality and Traceability Business Process Owner in food safety and quality management integration processes
  • Ensures knowledge of new processes is effectively transferred to the trainers in charge of end user training and works with the EOS Change Experience Management team to support change management activities and drive adoption of new system capabilities
  • Supports testing of new template solutions
  • Maintains clear and concise documentation of processes, workflows, and data management practices related to quality and food safety
  • Follows up capability developments with the solution provider
  • Contributes to smooth change of business processes and user adoption

Was macht ein Me­di­zi­ni­sche*r ­Fachas­sis­ten­t*in?

Diplomierte medizinische Fachassistent*innen (MFA) sind vor allem in den drei Sparten Labor, Röntgen und Physiotherapie tätig. Sie führen einfache Untersuchungen an Blut, Urin, Plasma und anderen Körperflüssigkeiten durch, unterstützen bei Röntgenaufnahmen und bei der Durchführung von therapeutische Röntgenbestrahlungen und führen einfache physiotherapeutische Behandlungen im Bereich Thermo-, Licht-, Hydro- und Balneotherapie (Elektrotherapie, Wasser- und Moorheilbehandlungen) sowie der einfachen Massage durch.

In diesem Sinne sind Medizinische Fachassistent*innen Allroundkräfte für die tägliche Routine eines Krankenhauses. Sie arbeiten eigenständig sowie unter Anweisung und Aufsicht von Ärztinnen und Ärzten. Aufgrund des Zusammenspiels von Röntgen, Labor und Physiotherapie verfügen sie meist über umfassende Kenntnisse der Patient*innen. Sie arbeiten im Team mit Vorgesetzten, anderen medizinisch-technischen Fachkräften und dem Pflegepersonal.
