• An academic degree (BA/MA)
• At least 3 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager
• A general understanding of main banking business related regulatory requirements
• Previous experience with ESG related topics is an advantage
• Very good organizational, time management and analytical abilities
• Fluent in English

• Maintenance of the ESG Data Collection strategy in collaboration with the relevant units of the bank
• Creating and aligning the yearly strategic objectives for ESG Data Collection
• Monitoring the implementation of the ESG data collection objectives in the bank, by working closely with the established projects
• Managing key stakeholders
• Coordinating the yearly self-assessment on the implementation of the ESG data collection strategic objectives
• Market research for new ESG data sources

The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 49.772,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
