• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting
• Solid accounting and finance background with track record of delivering results in financial statement reporting obligations, including an understanding of US GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
• CPA/CIMA/ACCA or other professional certification as well as SAP or equivalent ERP system experience a plus
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in financial decision-making, with strong analytical skills to interpret results, a digital-savvy approach, effective communication, and experience driving policy standards while engaging with senior leadership
• Proficiency in English required, preferred advanced level of German highly beneficial for local communication

• Ensuring the integrity of balance sheets and P&L through collaboration with our Shared Service Center, resolving complex accounting issues, maintaining relationships with the Finance team, and reviewing regular financial accounts for your factory.
• Delivering timely and accurate financial information for your factory, co-leading monthly closing meetings, conducting structured analyses of financial statements, driving actions from month-end reporting, and managing year-end audit processes with internal and external auditors.
• Overseeing the implementation of the controls framework and testing plan, collaborating with the Plant Manager and factory team to address gaps, and monitoring G&C KPIs while driving continuous improvements in alignment with the broader RC Governance agenda.
• Fostering a collaborative culture between finance and non-finance teams, championing controls to create a trusted working environment, contributing to the Supply Reporting and Governance agenda, driving RC/RC Controllership projects and transformations, and supporting the implementation of new systems or business models.
