Dein Profil

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • proven experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
  • proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar as well as VBA, R, Python etc.
  • familiarity with HRIS systems and data governance principles
  • strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling way

Deine Aufgaben

  • gather HR data from various sources including HRIS, Reportings from CEE entities, payroll systems, surveys, exit interviews, and external benchmarks
  • ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular audits and validations
  • design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor workforce trends, KPIs, and compliance metrics
  • prepare statutory disclosures and coordinate monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual reporting cycles
  • apply statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends in workforce data
  • develop predictive models to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and performance management
  • act as a liaison of HR to Finance, and external agencies for data submissions and regulatory reporting
  • present findings and recommendations to HR leadership, management board and business units
  • gain exposure to multiple stages of the HR life cycle and develop a broad skill set through cross-functional collaboration and occasionally providing coverage during team absences
  • support the implementation and enhancement of Erste Groups HR analytics tools and platforms in EAM
  • train HR colleagues on data literacy and reporting best practices
