INTERNSHIP IN FINANCE (M/F/D) FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS

In this role you will be part of Finance organization which is in charge of financial controlling of Jenbacher Services business. You will participate in INNIO’s internship program which aims to involve you step by step into the daily life of the department and helps to start your career in a structured way at INNIO Group. During your internship you will be analyzing and calculating metrics/KPIs around Contract Service Agreements (CSA). You will also be responsible for financial validation of cash and EBITDA measures that Services Productivity team is running.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial reporting and analysis of revenue, cost and margin for MyPlant and support financial analysis and reporting of CSA product line
  • Provide financial reporting of COQ Contractual Liquidated Damages (LDs)
  • Support Contract Service Agreement (CSA) Revenue Recognition according to cost plus method
  • Support the validation of productivity projects savings
  • Conduct Account reconciliations for Balance Sheet accounts (LDs, Loss Reserves)
  • Support the calculation of the CSA Loss Reserve and the preparation of entries
  • Update Tableau dashboards for reporting purposes
  • Provide timely and appropriate financial data and supporting documentation for audits

Requirements:

  • Ongoing or recent graduate with a university degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong MS-Office Skills including Excel and Outlook
  • Numerate with a good eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn/understand standard & processes quickly and adhere to them accurately
  • Written and verbal fluency in English; German is a plus
  • Immediate start with the duration of a minimum of 6 months with the potential for further extension of 6 months
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.131,51 gross per month (x 14).
