IT ­Ser­vice­ ­Ma­na­ger ­for ­Ge­or­ge (al­l hu­man­s)

• Experience in a similar role with expertise in service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Sound understanding of current technologies including cloud computing, DevOps, and modern software development frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize a wide range of information.
• Experience working with processes and documentation management.
• Experience collaborating with partners in delivery and operations teams.
• Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Knowledge of service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Reporting skills, with experience in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic scripting knowledge being an advantage.
• A natural confidence with your communication and team skills, while being fluent in English.

• You have the foresight and expertise to excel in service management, while being the person on the ground helping our customers and teams succeed.
• As a Solution Manager, you will facilitate, communicate, design, and guide the implementation of service management processes.
• You will be responsible for aligning service management frameworks with the needs of all stakeholders, implementing existing policies, analyzing process gaps, and working with various teams to optimize work while maintaining a high-quality standard.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.500,- gross per month for this full time position.
