- Completed technical degree (e.g., Master in ICT / Digital Transformation) and at least 1 year of professional experience in Product management, Project management or Digital Transformation
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently and in a structured manner
- Skills in SAFe, Scrum, and PMP are advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Language skills: English (C1) and German (at least B2)
Deine Aufgaben
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, as well as develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility while translating business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact and effort, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and participate in solution functional architecture discussions.
- Effectively communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to technical teams and business stakeholders.
