Dein Profil

  • You have successfully completed a law degree (fully qualified lawyer or comparable qualification) and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department with a focus on e-commerce, IT or data protection law
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a good understanding of legal formulations and their implementation in everyday life
  • You have a persuasive manner, enjoy working independently and have the ability to motivate others and take responsibility
  • You approach various legal topics with an open mind, appreciate a broad range of tasks and are a team player capable of sharing legal expertise in multidisciplinary teams
  • You are willing to develop expertise in new areas of law
  • Confident communication in German and business fluent in English round off your profile

Deine Aufgaben

  • You will advise the PAYBACK Group on issues relating to contract law, e-commerce, IT and data protection law
  • You will support the specialist departments in all relevant issues relating to the conclusion of contracts, i.e. you will draft, review and negotiate contracts with partners and service providers in the areas of loyalty, marketing and digital services
  • You monitor legal changes at national and international level and coordinate with specialist departments to ensure their uniform interpretation and implementation within the PAYBACK Group
  • You work closely with internal teams and external consultants on an interdisciplinary basis to assess and minimize legal risks
  • With your entrepreneurial understanding, solution orientation and practical experience, you help to achieve the PAYBACK Group's business and strategic goals
