• Strong consulting experience in SAP finance implementations or system redesigns.
• Experience leading both classic and agile projects, including team management.
• Deep knowledge of FI (and ideally CO) modules, with expertise in finance-related value flows.
• Skilled in analyzing and optimizing end-to-end process chains (e.g., purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash).
• Passionate about driving innovation in SAP Finance and excited about future developments in the space.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with technical feasibility awareness.

• Lead and advise clients from a variety of industries on optimizing financial processes and IT systems, building efficient and agile finance & accounting landscapes.
• Manage (sub-)projects within the context of S/4HANA transformations.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle — from analyzing current processes and designing roadmaps to rolling out new S/4HANA system environments.
• Anticipate client needs and contribute to the strategic development of our team and portfolio.
• Support business development by helping position our services and contributing to acquisition activities.
• Take on leadership responsibilities — both within projects and within our high-performing consulting team.
