This includes working closely with our technology development team to create innovative concepts for modularization, standardization, and service processes.

Dein Profil

  • Customer-focused, open personality with ownership for performance and shared commitment.
  • Master of Science, or PhD degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar.
  • Practical experience in process engineering, ideally in carbon capture technologies or CO2 compression/liquefaction.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (min. B2), German and other language skills are an advantage.
  • Good PC skills (e.g. Aspen Plus).
  • Strong communication skills in technical discussions and negotiations, team player.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and excitement to work with people from different cultures.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Develop innovative concepts for modularization and standardization as well as service concepts of our processes together with the technology development team.
  • Work closely with project management and disciplines such as piping, layout, static and rotating equipment, electrical and automation disciplines both in the proposal and engineering phase.
  • Prepare mass- and energy balance calculations, process flow diagrams (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID).
  • Prepare media consumption figures for utilities (e.g., electricity, water, chemicals) and collect defined required media qualities.
  • Collect and provide emission data for e.g., effluent, heat, noise, gas.
  • Provide calculation and sizing of CO2 purification sub-systems (e.g., CO2 dryer) and components (e.g., CO2 compression and liquefaction).
  • Specify and co-select sub-supplied equipment.
  • Provide plant process and logic descriptions.
  • Be part of the commissioning, start-up, and optimization team.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.407,20 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
