YOUR MISSION

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for lead generation with senior level contacts and decision makers within Enterprise organisations. You are an experienced sales development specialist with a consultative approach, a successful track record in an Enterprise outbound sales environment with polished communication and presentation skills. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and have a track record in lead generation and new logo acquisition.

  • Manoeuvre through a complex environment to identify decision makers, stake holders and other influencers relevant to Lyntics product offering
  • Lead an enterprise engagement process that is based on MEDDIC and champion- based approach to enterprise-scale multi-location organisations.
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly leads targets.
  • Ensure best quality leads for sales
  • Qualify prospect’s Authority and Needs (BANT)
  • Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall lead generation
  • Partner with Sales and other teams assigned to your territory
  • Track all contact and conversation details and next steps in Salesforce

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience communicating to VP and C level executives.
  • 2 to 3+ years’ experience in outbound SaaS approach
  • Resilience in a high-volume activity environment
  • Willingness to constantly deliver high volume activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Track record of success with enterprise prospects
  • Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce and other common sales tools
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
