- You have a marketing background and several years of experience in CRM or performance marketing (ideally with an eCommerce, app, or gaming focus).
- You have initial leadership experience in the online marketing environment.
- You are confident in project management.
- You are familiar with common digital KPIs and can quickly and accurately analyze them, deriving strategic optimization measures.
- You enjoy working with details and have a strong analytical mindset with a high focus on goals and results.
- You are fluent in German or English.
- Ideally, you are passionate about the latest trends and benchmarks in the field of loyalty and CRM.
Deine Aufgaben
- Together with your team, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of all CRM and marketing activities within the PAYBACK channels, with the goal of developing e-commerce customers throughout their entire lifecycle.
- You focus on relevance, performance, and efficiency, analyzing and optimizing measures accordingly.
- You dive into detailed analyses, but also design and present the "big picture".
- You are the internal interface for strategic projects and work closely with Key Account Management to successfully advance PAYBACK's digital business.
- You take on a technical leadership role within the team.

Was macht ein Projektmanager*in?
