Dein Profil

  • Several years of experience as a business/solution analyst, who dares to challenge established business processes, with the ability to see the big picture
  • A track record in ideally multi-national software development projects
  • Excellent analytical and process management skills - experience in the consulting sector beneficial
  • Profound communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey solutions in a clear and understandable way
  • Ability to write SQL queries and familiarity with data models in general
  • Efficient and flexible multitasker with the ability to prioritize and handle parallel tasks, while also being responsive to ad hoc requests without losing sight of priorities
  • Willing to take accountability and to pay attention to details
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset without the ego to go with it

Deine Aufgaben

  • Drive IT solutions in credit risk management, compliance, and ESG (Environmental Social Governance)
  • Turn business ideas into concepts
  • Conduct feasibility studies, transformation and implementation projects
  • Foster relationships with business partners, understand their needs, and translate to technical implementations
  • Analyze new data requirements, enhance data-catalogs, specify data quality checks
  • Investigate issues, present solutions
  • Analyze business processes to optimize working ways and validate technical implementations to ensure business satisfaction
