... if you have:

❏ an open, friendly personality - we highly value team-fit!
❏ basic knowledge of software security and cryptography
❏ the ability to communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
❏ knowledge of customer service principles and practices
❏ the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
❏ at least a HTL or Bachelors-Degree in an IT related curriculum
❏ have a programming / IT Background
