Executive Assistant

contextflow is an award-winning startup developing artificial intelligence based software applications to support radiologists during their clinical routine. We are an ISO 13485:2016 certified medical device company and are currently expanding our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will have the chance to play a key role in scaling the company, working together with the company founders and learning while the company is expanding to international markets.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

Support administrative and organisational tasks, including external communications

Manage mandatory office and bank tasks

Manage HR-related tasks (e.g. holiday requests, onboarding, processing resumes, etc.)

Maintain status and overview of contracts with partners and customers

Support preparation (slides and scheduling) and execution (meeting minutes) of board meetings

Support cash flow planning and controlling

Support expansion to and setup of US office

What we are looking for:

Profound IT knowledge

Structured work style and high level of self-motivation

Work permit in EU

Fluency in English

Bonus Skills:

Experience as an executive assistant

Experience with GSuite and CRM systems

Fluency in German

Experience in working for a ISO 13485:2016 certified or medical device company

Gross salary starting from 36,000 € gross annual, negotiable
