INTERNSHIP IN HUMAN RESOURCES - INTERNATIONAL PAYROLL AT LEAST 6 MONTHS (M/F/D)

As an Intern (m/f/d) in HR International Payroll you will provide general support to the INNIO HR Operations Teams in regards to international payroll and other HR related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of INNIO's international payroll (+14 countries, 15 legal entities) and ensure timely execution together with the local HR Managers and global payroll lead
  • Coordination of payroll inquiries from HR managers, finance managers, employees & 3rd parties for payroll related topics (e.g. questions on monthly payroll, social security, global mobility, formalities)
  • Creation and control of the annual and monthly schedules for all countries (e.g. payroll cycle, payment schedules etc.)
  • Management of the monthly finance processes together with INNIO's finance department (payments, funding, outputs)
  • Close partnership with other HR teams, in particular immigration for international mobility topics
  • Support of INNIO’s immigration leader for selected topics (Short Term Business Travelers)
  • Management of requests and data quality different internal tools (e.g. ticketing tools, immigration tools)
  • Selected vendor management initiatives (e.g. process improvement, quality improvement, compliance)
  • Monthly archiving and report analysis activities


Qualifications:

  • Ongoing / finished studies in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources Management, Law or similar studies
  • Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to communicate with people from different countries
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when privy to sensitive information
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Immediate start for an internship with the duration of a minimum of 6 months with the potential for further extension of 6 months
  • Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.131,51 gross per month (x 14).
