The Vienna School of International Studies is a centre of excellence for the study of international affairs.
The Vienna School of International Studies is proud to be the oldest professional school in the world, having launched talented men and women into international careers and positions of leadership since 1754. Our unique multidisciplinary teaching approach is dedicated to the highest academic standards, proficiency in the major global languages and to linking theory and practice. We are fully committed to using our unique location in the world capital of diplomacy for the benefit of our students.
Environment of the Education Institution
The Vienna School of International Studies, located in a former imperial palace in the centre of Vienna, hosts students from all over the world.
Many of our students, who are usually coming from more than 40 countries, live on campus. The vivid international spirit and multiculturalism of the DA may therefore be experienced both inside and outside of the lecture halls.
Applications for all programmes of the DA are usually welcome until March and are done via an online/offline procedure.
Applications for our four academic programmes may be submitted at any time. First, applicants are asked to register at http://application.da-vienna.ac.at/. Consequently, additional documents have to be sent via mail. More information on the entire application procedure is available on the respective programme pages at www.da-vienna.ac.at/AcademicProgrammes.
