YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assistance function
  • Scheduling & coordination (meetings, workshops, conferences, events, etc.)
  • Planning and coordination of customer visits (internal and external)
  • Preparation and planning of business trips as well as travel expense accounting via SAP
  • Support with analyses (sales, controlling, product management)
  • Ordering via SAP and support in planning
  • Interface to external locations
  • Cost center control and support in planning
  • Support with marketing activities and publication planning

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed commercial training as an office administrator or comparable professional qualification; HAK Matura or completed studies
  • Assistant experience is an advantage
  • Experienced handling of all MS-Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Independent comprehension of tasks and deduction of solution proposals
  • Distinct communicative and social competence
  • Ability to organize and work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €33,600.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
