  • Take responsibility of technical service & network quality for mobile data and voice services from an end-to-end perspective
  • Monitor and analyze the existing mobile network products from Magenta Austria and implement optimization measures regarding performance, quality and stability
  • Develop yourself to an E2E service & product professional and the main contact person for B2B/C customer concerns or technical problems
  • Do you have experience in a similar position?
