Your Tasks

• Develop, align and implement business and action plans for the press, dryer and reel within the paper machine product portfolio in accordance with the overall paper & board strategy
• Maximize sales and market share, assuring profitability and growth
• Gain and make use of market, product and competitor knowledge to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
• Analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and define / implement action plans based on product quality profiles (value proposition)
• Monitor and analyze product direct costs and define cost reduction measures to be implemented in pre-calculations and during order execution 
• Support the Quality department for product monitoring cases 
• Maintain customer contacts, collect feedback and regular support of the sales force at customer
• Support sales and order execution in product related issues

Your Profile

• University degree in the field of paper technology or mechanical engineering
• Several years experience in the paper/board global context
• Practical knowledge in paper technology, specifically in press, dryer and reel sections
• Further experience in successful implementation of product cost reductions
• Fluent business English
• Strong organizational competence

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.066,84 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
