YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and management of product development projects from concept to market launch
Transfer of sensor technologies and research results to series production
Elaboration and implementation of technical concepts
Lateral leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
Responsibility for the success, quality, deadlines and budget of the projects
Ongoing project controlling and reporting
Coordination with internal and external interfaces and stakeholders
Participation in overarching strategic initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed degree (TU, FH) in the fields of physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
Multiple years of practical experience in the development of measurement instruments, preferably in the field of particle or gas measurement technology, process measurement technology
Broad understanding of mechatronic systems development
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management an advantage
Experience in the use of agile development methods
Business fluent spoken and written English
Hands-on work mentality

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €56.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
