  • Target responsibility for thermal integration aspects in the product development process
  • Coordination of projects executed within the development process of thermal vehicle integration (Part project management thermal system)
  • Responsibility for system development and concept layout of fluid systems, thermal and HVAC circuits for automotive applications (including thermal management control)
  • Planning responsibility for virtual development of cooling and refrigerant circuits by means of 1D and 3D-CFD simulation tools
  • Communication and alignment with international customers and global AVL network
  • Responsibility for achievement of project milestones and budget for small and medium size projects
  • Technical guidance and coordination of a small project team


  • Mechanical or automotive engineer graduate of a university of technology or university of applied sciences
  • Profound knowledge in thermodynamics as well as fluid mechanics and heat transfer Background in hydraulics and turbo-machinery
  • Basic knowledge on control algorithms of mechatronic systems
  • Experience in the field of numerical simulation (CAE)
  • Beneficial if experienced in CAE-Tools like GT-Suite, AMESim, CruiseM, Matlab/SIMULINK
  • Self organization and excellent leadership skills
  • Outstanding teamwork skills and a high degree of commitment
  • Very good knowledge of English and enthusiasm for international cooperation

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €51.800,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
