For our Department GROUP SITE INSTALLATION in GRAZ we are looking for a Site Installation Scheduler (m/f/d):

Your tasks:

  • Develop and maintain project master schedules
  • Develop and maintain detailed installation, commissioning and start-up schedule based on project master schedule
  • Establish progress monitoring and reporting system
  • Perform time impact analysis of deviations and elaborate recovery plan together with contractors and internal parties
  • Organize progress and time schedule meetings with internal and external parties at site
  • Timely information of Project Manager resp. Site Manager about progress and time schedule deviations

Your qualifications:

  • Technical College or University degree in appropriate engineering discipline
  • Construction site experience as scheduler in the plant engineering and construction business
  • The ability to develop an overall time schedule for an EPC project
  • Ability to work in teams, assertiveness, good communication skills, analytical thinking and structured working methods
  • Good command of English
  • Mastering MS Office, MS Project, Primavera
  • Willingness to extended assignments to construction sites

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.818,86 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
