IT Procurement & License - Compliance Specialist (all genders)

Your Tasks:
  • Central point for VIG IT procurement plans and requirements
  • Monitoring of IT procurement compliance, accuracy and completeness within VIG Group (according to the "VIG Group Guideline IT Procurement")
  • Operative IT procurement activities for VIG Holding (managing sourcing process, finalizing purchase specifications, selecting suppliers and negotiations)
  • Supporting VIG subsidiaries for local IT procurement activities (demand bundling, price benchmarking, negotiations)
  • Software-license management, advisory and compliance
  • Negotiations with suppliers, contracting and IT contract management
  • Budgeting and planning activities for IT investments
  • Defining and monitoring IT procurement standards, KPls and controls
  • Discovering and broadening best-practices models

  • According to the regulations of the Equal Treatment Act, we state the minimum wage based on the Collective Agreement, which is in a range of € 2.444,86 gross per month. Of course, a higher salary is commensurate with the professional experience and qualification of the chosen candidate. The remuneration package is market-compliant.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in law, business administration or economics
  • Experience in IT procurement activities or IT contracting and in preparation and negotiation of contracts
  • Knowledge of Austrian and European commercial law (legal background will be considered as additional benefit)
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English - contractual level (knowledge of Eastern European languages will be considered as additional benefit)
  • Good communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, focus on high quality and productivity
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, structure and schedule work assignments and work under time pressure, high analytic skills
