"Be open to other people, don’t judge them right away". Robert Amelung is responsible for Customer Experience for Generali worldwide. His job is to help the Business Units at improving the job that has to be done with customers. Robert was born in Holland, and after his studies had different jobs. He also worked as a consultant only to find out he preferred a more hands-on job. In his position a good experience in insurance and retail marketing is needed. What he likes most is: "We improve the insurance industry from the inside".
