The Contract Management Claim Coordination Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of customer claims related to contracts and invoicing. The role manages the end‑to‑end claim process, resolving simple cases independently and coordinating complex issues with relevant specialists, while ensuring compliance, effective communication, and close collaboration with Finance and other internal teams.
