To support this mission, we are looking for a motivated intern to help us scale AI literacy through content creation, communication and learning initiatives across the Group. As part of the Group AI Office, you will work closely with AI experts, strategists and learning professionals. Your focus will be on making AI understandable, engaging and actionable for a broad employee audience.

Profil

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. business, communication, psychology, education, IT, data, design, social sciences or a related field)
  • Strong interest in AI, digital transformation and learning
  • Enjoy creating content and explaining complex topics in a simple, structured way
  • Curious about how AI is used responsibly in a regulated environment like banking
  • Work in a structured, reliable and self‑organized manner and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable collaborating in an international, interdisciplinary environment
  • Communicate confidently in English (German is a strong plus).

Aufgaben

  • Supporting the strategic pillar on AI Literacy by creating and maintaining learning and communication content (presentations, short explainers, visuals, playbooks, internal articles, videos, prompts)
  • Translating complex AI topics (e.g. generative AI, Copilot, safe usage, AI design principles) into clear, accessible formats for different target groups (employees, managers, experts)
  • Helping design and roll out learning formats such as webinars, micro‑learning assets, internal campaigns, and community content
  • Supporting internal communication initiatives around AI strategy, priorities and success stories across the Group
  • Assisting in the structuring and curation of AI knowledge (e.g. AI playbooks, prompt libraries, role‑based guidance)
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from AI, Data, Legal, Risk and Communications on selected initiatives and events

Wenn dich jemand als Nerd bezeichnet, nimmst du das als Kompliment. Du kannst dir auch gut vorstellen, dich in 20 oder 30 Jahren nur mehr um unsere Roboter-Overlords zu kümmern und ihre Stromkreise zu warten. Das klingt nach dir? Dann bist du wahrscheinlich der geborene Informatiker. Als Informatiker ist es primär deine Aufgabe, dir zu überlegen, wie man langweilige und repetitive Aufgaben automatisieren könnte, um das Unternehmen als ganzes effizienter zu gestalten. Dabei musst du dich sowohl um Computernetzwerke kümmern als auch Software schreiben und Datenbanken warten. Dein Job ist es, dafür zu sorgen, dass die Technik reibungslos funktioniert. Wenn du nicht nur unternehmensintern arbeitest, unterstützt du eventuell auch Kunden und lieferst anderen Unternehmen maßgeschneiderte Software.
