The Markets Compliance Department is primarily responsible for the prevention and detection of insider trading and market manipulation. A team of experts in the area of the Securities Supervision Act (WAG) is responsible for advising business units as well as monitoring securities trading at Erste Group.

Profil

  • Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in IT and/or business focus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative, planning and organizational skills as well as a quick grasp and structured working style
  • Reliable and independent working with systems
  • Excellent English skills, CEE language is an advantage

Aufgaben

  • Supporting experts in maintaining the compliance monitoring system to prevent and detect insider trading and market manipulation
  • Documenting the adherence to compliance regulations within Erste Group
  • Maintaining and updating watch and restricted lists
  • Data management and data analysis as well as project work
  • Creation and maintenance of Power Automate Workflows
  • Implementing AI used cases
  • Modernizing reporting infrastructure
