Profil
- We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays well organized, and is eager to learn and grow.
- You are currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You are confident in using MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You are comfortable translating projects, data, and analyses into clear and audience-friendly presentations and enjoy exploring new digital tools.
- You enjoy working collaboratively, contribute your own ideas, and value open and proactive communication.
- You have a strong sense for language, enjoy writing, and communicate confidently in both German and English.
- Previous experience in HR, customer service, hospitality, event management, or another service-oriented environment is considered an advantage.
Aufgaben
- Support our Recruiting Team, from candidate management and job advertisement creation to interview scheduling and coordination.
- Play an active role in the internship process, helping to ensure that workflows are well-structured, reliable, and focused on creating a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with employer branding events, both in preparation and on-site, engaging with students and candidates and providing authentic insights into life at Erste Group.
- Collaborate with business departments, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates, helping to ensure smooth communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, contribute to projects, and participate in interviews, giving you first-hand insight into HR processes and the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility.
Unser Angebot
- Start date from September/October 2026 for 12 months in a part-time position (30 hours/week) as a fully integrated team member with an independent and diverse range of responsibilities.
- Internship salary: starting from EUR 2,745.32 gross per month (full-time equivalent; excluding mandatory internships as part of a university of applied sciences curriculum).
