At Group Markets Compliance, we ensure that Erste Group complies with key capital markets regulations across Austria and CEE. As a Markets Compliance Analyst, you will join the second line of defense and gain hands-on experience in MiFID / WAG, Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and Personal Account Dealing (PAD) – working closely with experienced compliance experts, local teams, and IT.

Profil

  • University degree and first professional experience in compliance, capital markets, law, audit, or a regulatory environment
  • Basic understanding of capital markets products and regulatory topics and a strong motivation to learn
  • Curiosity for data, tools, workflows, and compliance-related IT systems
  • Structured, reliable working style and willingness to take responsibility
  • Motivation to work in an international, collaborative setting
  • Very good English skills and basic German

Aufgaben

  • Support the execution of markets compliance controls (e.g. MiFID/WAG, MAR, PAD, conflicts of interest)
  • Assist in maintaining and improving group-wide control frameworks, documentation, and reporting standards
  • Work together with local compliance teams and first-line stakeholders in an international setup
  • Support data checks, process improvements, and system-supported compliance workflows
  • Contribute to reviews, internal presentations, guidance material, and training input
