Mi­cro­sof­t Dy­na­mics 365 ­CRM ­Se­nior ­De­ve­l­oper & ­Sup­por­t ­Spe­cia­lis­t (al­l hu­man­s)

• You bring solid hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft SQL Server, and Google Cloud Platform.
• You’re confident in plugin development, JavaScript/TypeScript, and building SSIS integrations.
• You can dive deep into technical problems, analyze them effectively, and deliver clean, well‑tested solutions.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• You hold (or are working toward) certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Power Platform Developer Associate.
• You take a structured, detail‑oriented approach to development and own tasks end‑to-end, while staying curious, exploring new technologies, and collaborating smoothly with the team even when working independently.
• Fluent English, German is a plus.

• Provide Operational Support (Incident and Problem Management) and Change Management for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Do CRM customizations and develop custom web resources (JS, HTML) and plugins.
• Enhance and maintain integrations (SSIS integration packages, Cloud Flows).
• Work on Power BI paginated reports
• Contribute to agile delivery using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
• Explore new release wave features, including Copilot, and proactively propose improvements.
• Diagnose and reverse-engineer existing logic to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 3000,- gross per month for this full time position.
