Our client is a growing, independent medical education company. They run focus meetings across Europe and the US, especially in oncology and hematology, alongside peer-to-peer workshops, preceptorships, advisory boards, and digital products. Global pharma and biotech teams trust them to bring leading experts and specialists together in formats that are scientifically rigorous, relevant, and genuinely engaging.

What if medical education started with a blank page? What if a congress debrief became a podcast series doctors actually look forward to? What if a tumor board became an interactive case journey? What if a disease brochure became a video booklet you open with your phone? Ideas like these are the job. We are looking for an imaginative and commercially minded Innovation Lead to develop new ways for healthcare professionals to learn and for pharma to engage with them.

From the first idea to the final product, you will shape the concept, story, visual direction and client pitch, working closely with our sales team, designers and production partners.

Profil

  • Generate ideas easily and enjoy turning them into reality.
  • Think visually and like to show rather than tell, whether by sketching, storyboarding, or mocking things up.
  • Notice when an experience is dull and instinctively know how to improve it.
  • Get excited by various formats: video, audio, interactive, and live experiences.
  • You are eager to experiment with AI tools.
  • Have experience in pharma or biotech, for example in omnichannel, customer experience, brand or product management, or medical affairs.
  • Understand how pharma engages healthcare professionals.
  • Are confident presenting ideas to senior pharma stakeholders and medical experts.
  • Speak fluent English.
  • German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

  • Imagine and develop: new formats across live events, video, audio, digital and print.
  • Borrow inspiration from media, gaming, design, consumer brands and beyond.
  • Make ideas tangible: Sketch, storyboard and mock up concepts.
  • Use AI tools to create visuals, prototypes and sample content, and work with our designers and production partners to make them look and feel real.
  • Put concepts in front of people: Join congresses, meetings and client conversations to test ideas and shape them based on real reactions.
  • Launch new products: Turn the strongest ideas into finished products and see them sold and delivered by our team.
  • Collect inspiration: from new emerging formats, technologies and experiences inside and outside healthcare.
