We in Daily Banking Services want to provide to our clients the best digital experience, which is seamless, convenient, fast and compliant. We aim to digitalize and automatize all our back-office processes to the core, regardless of channels. uCOIN is one of our key systems to provide business support to all Erste Group Banks and meet regulatory requirements. Since the solution went live, we have never stopped to enhance it to meet the expectations of our internal and external customers. After several years of continuous improvements, a new phase to bring uCOIN into the future is starting, for this Erste Group strategic initiative we need you!

As Product Owner (all genders) you are the heart and mind of our team. You drive changes of uCOIN with our digital team, our subsidiaries, and business lines of Erste Group Bank. You shape the solution from user perspective, you have full responsibility to design and deliver a functioning solution, by integration with local and group systems and deliver a state of the art of user experience, with the aim to increase automatization and reduce manual activities. You take care of the overall product roadmap and prioritize the backlog. In this role you proactively work with our IT teams on continuous improvements, assuring best user experience, compliancy & efficiency.

Profil

  • At least three years of professional experience as Product Owner in agile projects or in similar product environment
  • Ideally a university degree in IT, economics, or banking & finance ( i.e., BA or MA)
  • A positive, entrepreneurial, and agile spirit, you like to accept challenging tasks
  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of data management, digital technologies, and regulatory framework
  • Great communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • You act self-accountable and solution-oriented with hands-on mindset
  • You have high social competence, and you like to open doors for new business opportunities
  • Fluent in English and have at least a good understanding of German

Aufgaben

  • You actively live your role as Product Owner for uCOIN
  • Drive continuous enhancements with our digital team, customers, Business Intelligence solutions and Erste Group Banks
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog and plan the sprints and releases with your digital team including related budgets
  • You have a clear product vision, define acceptance criteria and KPIs, and assure they are regularly monitored
  • Drive and influence strategic discussions and decisions regarding uCOIN
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication, you foster open, honest, and timely feedback culture in the team and with your colleagues
  • Continuously improve your solution considering customer and user experience
  • Ensure efficiency and compliance with the given regulatory framework

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 51.336,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!

Was macht ein Pro­dukt­ma­na­ger*in?

Product Manager*innen betreuen ein Produkt oder eine Dienstleistung von der Entwicklung und Markteinführung bis zum laufenden Vertrieb und Kundenservice. Sie beurteilen die Marktchancen von neuen Produkten und Leistungen, kalkulieren Kosten, analysieren mögliche Absatzmärkte und bereiten die Markteinführung vor.
