Profil
- At least three years of professional experience as Product Owner in agile projects or in similar product environment
- Ideally a university degree in IT, economics, or banking & finance ( i.e., BA or MA)
- A positive, entrepreneurial, and agile spirit, you like to accept challenging tasks
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of data management, digital technologies, and regulatory framework
- Great communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- You act self-accountable and solution-oriented with hands-on mindset
- You have high social competence, and you like to open doors for new business opportunities
- Fluent in English and have at least a good understanding of German
Aufgaben
- You actively live your role as Product Owner for uCOIN
- Drive continuous enhancements with our digital team, customers, Business Intelligence solutions and Erste Group Banks
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog and plan the sprints and releases with your digital team including related budgets
- You have a clear product vision, define acceptance criteria and KPIs, and assure they are regularly monitored
- Drive and influence strategic discussions and decisions regarding uCOIN
- Ensure clear and transparent communication, you foster open, honest, and timely feedback culture in the team and with your colleagues
- Continuously improve your solution considering customer and user experience
- Ensure efficiency and compliance with the given regulatory framework

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 51.336,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!

Product Manager*innen betreuen ein Produkt oder eine Dienstleistung von der Entwicklung und Markteinführung bis zum laufenden Vertrieb und Kundenservice.
