Profil

  • Technical education (engineering degree, industrial, chemical or biological are preferred)
  • Several years of experience in project management in plant engineering
  • Experience in biogas and anaerobic digestion is appreciated
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
  • Experience in contract management (international)
  • Excellent Spanish and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel

Aufgaben

  • Prepare and support the development of basic project proposals and technical concepts as well as market benchmarking
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project phases, including construction, equipment delivery, installation, and subcontractor activities
  • Ensure smooth collaboration and alignment between internal departments, external partners, and subcontractors
  • Act as a key contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication, aligned expectations, and successful project execution
  • Lead and coordinate communication with internal project team
  • Take full responsibility for meeting project deadlines, budget targets, and revenue objectives
  • Participate in Spanish and Portugese projects, including travel and on-site assignments

Was macht ein Pro­jekt­ma­na­ger*in?

Wenn du auf Herausforderungen, Abwechslung, Multitasking und viel Verantwortung stehst, ist Projektmanager definitiv der richtige Job für dich. Es gibt keinen klassischen Arbeitsalltag. Je nach Größe des Unternehmens und Branche kann sich die tatsächliche Umsetzung des Berufs unterscheiden. Grundsätzlich kümmerst du dich eigenständig um die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten. Dabei steht das große Ganze im Vordergrund und du betreust alles von der Vorbereitungsphase über die Strukturplanung bis hin zur Durchführung und Kontrolle. Du koordinierst den Ressourceneinsatz, stellst ein konkretes Ziel auf und teilst die Mitarbeiter für ihre jeweiligen Aufgaben ein. Als Projektleiter bist du derjenige, der den Plan hat. Trotzdem musst du flexibel genug sein diesen auch in Plan B, C oder D umzuwandeln. Die Projekte können von externen Kunden in Auftrag gegeben werden oder intern in deiner Firma zustande kommen, zum Beispiel, wenn neue Produkte eingeführt werden sollen. Während es früher vor allem in der Bauwirtschaft und im Anlagenbau Projektmanager gab, gibt es sie heute in fast jedem größeren Unternehmen.
