Profil

  • Background: 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within regulated industries (e.g., finance, public sector, or logistics).
  • AI Expertise: Proven track record in designing RAG architectures and agentic frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Agent Framework, Google Agent Development Kit), including familiarity with agents.md configurations and advanced prompting (e.g., CoT, Few-Shot, ReAct, and Prompt Chaining).
  • The .NET Stack: Expert-level C# and .NET skills, with hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and the Azure AI ecosystem.
  • Fluency in Python: Ability to work with data science notebooks, and leverage Python-based AI tooling.
  • Modern Protocols: Practical knowledge of standards like MCP and A2A communication patterns.
  • Model Knowledge: Experience deploying Open Source models (e.g., Llama, Mistral, or Gemma).
  • Education & Certs: A technical degree (BSc/MSc) and relevant Microsoft AI certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate).
  • Languages: Minimum German B1 level for internal collaboration and fluent English skills.

  • End-to-End AI Engineering: Design and develop production-grade AI services using C# and .NET, integrating them seamlessly into our B2B document and information service architectures.
  • Intelligent Automation: Implement Azure AI solutions and agentic workflows to automate multi-step business logic for our customers.
  • Architectural Leadership: Shape advanced RAG architectures and LLM orchestration strategies across hybrid (cloud + on-premise) environments.
  • Quality & Performance: Establish evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS, DocVQA) to ensure high-performance model output, security, and scalability.
  • Team Excellence: Guide developers through code reviews and mentorship while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
