• Hands-on project experience in SAP BI – either frontend, backend, or both.
• Experience leading (or co-leading) projects as a (partial) project manager.
• Strong skills in requirements management for data-driven solutions.
• Passionate about innovation in SAP data intelligence, with familiarity in technologies like SAP BW on HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, HANA native, XS Advanced, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (AfO), or SQL scripting.
• Excellent analytical thinking and conceptual skills.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Fluent in German and English; open to occasional business travel.

• Support our clients in areas such as data strategy, architecture, intelligence, big data, analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
• Take the lead on smaller projects, driving the design and implementation of data-driven SAP applications.
• Serve as an internal and external go-to expert on SAP and data intelligence topics.
• Onboard and mentor new colleagues in the fields of data intelligence, analytics, and BI.
• Assist your manager in evolving and expanding our data intelligence service offering.
• Contribute to the development and presentation of project proposals and client offers.
