- Minimum 3-4 years of experience preferably from high growth start-ups, tech companies, management consultancy or other dynamic role
- Must have: working experience with SQL and data visualization (using Looker, Tableau, or similar), including dashboard creation and KPI definition
- You earned a university degree in STEM or economics

Deine Aufgaben
- Shape Tactics with Data: Dive deep into large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, creating compelling data visualizations and strategic recommendations that guide our regional logistics strategy.
- Drive Market Performance: Take full ownership of rider operations performance in key EU markets, proactively identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and implementing data-backed solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate for Impact: Act as a strategic partner to both local and regional logistics teams, working closely to drive performance improvements and roll out best practices.
- Lead Product Rollouts: Spearhead the operational launch of new logistics products and features in your markets, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our central product teams.
- Deliver Key Projects: Support and manage high-impact regional projects focused on optimizing rider staffing models, earning structures, and overall logistics efficiency to improve operational outcomes.
