We are looking for someone with a solid ServiceNow foundation who wants to develop further in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and Business Continuity Management (BCM). • Several years of practical experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow CSA or other certifications are highly valued.
  • A good understanding of ServiceNow concepts, configuration and platform capabilities.
  • Experience implementing requirements or user stories in ServiceNow.
  • Interest in developing expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and risk-management processes.
  • Previous experience with IRM, GRC, BCM or risk processes is an advantage, but is not a prerequisite.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or the public sector is a strong advantage
  • An analytical mindset and an interest in understanding the business process behind a technical requirement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical colleagues and business stakeholders.
  • A structured, independent way of working and willingness to take ownership of your stories.
  • Good English communication skills in an international working environment.

Aufgaben

  • Understand business requirements and user stories related to IRM/GRC and BCM and translate them into effective ServiceNow implementations.
  • Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with experienced platform and risk-management colleagues.
  • Work with product owners, business analysts and subject-matter experts to clarify requirements and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of implemented risk and business continuity processes.
  • Use your existing ServiceNow knowledge while progressively developing deeper expertise in ServiceNow IRM, GRC and BCM capabilities.
  • Contribute to the quality, maintainability and long-term development of a ServiceNow platform used by more than 20,000 users across Erste Group.
  • Become part of an agile team where knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous learning are part of everyday work.

Über Softwareentwickler*innen: Häufig gestellte Fragen

Was macht ein Softwareentwickler*in?
