Stu­den­t Par­t-­ti­me Vir­tua­liza­t­i­on - VM­ware/O­penS­hif­t (al­l hu­man­s)

• Basic knowledge of VMware virtualization or OpenShift Virtualization.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (virtualization, storage, networking).
• Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems.
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Git is highly appreciated.
• Status of University student in Slovakia, availability to work 20 hours per week.
• Ongoing studies in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Initial experience through coursework, labs, or internships is beneficial.
• Builds reliable systems and thinks ahead about what can go wrong, making sure things keep working and improve over time.
• Takes ownership of work from start to finish and works closely with others to get the right outcome for the user.

• Support Level 2 engineers in daily operations of virtualization platforms.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues in VMware or OpenShift environments.
• Help monitor system performance and availability.
• Support maintenance and improvement of virtualized infrastructures.
• Contribute to automation tasks using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Document processes and support activities.
• Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in operational support tasks as needed.
