Deine Aufgaben
- Research of semiconductor failure modes and create concepts to efficiently stimulate failure modes and monitor degradation parameters.
- Network with cooperative- and academic research groups around the world to drive understanding and implementation of new test methods.
- Contribute to ECPE / AQG-324 standardizations and participate in background discussions.
- Use your understanding to design first-of-a-kind test systems and verify the intended failure mode on semiconductors.
- Representing Emerson at conferences, workshops, and standardization working groups.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with reliability testing, AQG324/JC70/AEC-Q101 or similar.
- Expertise in the practical implementation of power semiconductor reliability tests, especially power cycling.
- Background of Semiconductor Power Module design, characterization or testing.
- Understanding of EV Powertrain, especially Inverter specific.
