Profil
- Experience as an Analyst, Technical Specialist, Data Analyst, Platform Analyst, or similar role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, analytics, or cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud concepts.
- Understanding of infrastructure-as-code concepts, preferably Terraform.
- Ability to document requirements, processes, user stories, and technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and understand complex platform environments.
Aufgaben
- Work daily with Databricks users to understand their requests, challenges, and goals.
- Translate their needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Support the Erste Databricks Platform team in prioritizing, analyzing, and delivering user requests.
- Collaborate with data engineers, platform engineers, architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.
- Help design and document platform processes, user journeys, and operational procedures.
- Support onboarding of new users, use cases, and data products onto the Databricks platform.
- Analyze issues, clarify requirements, and coordinate resolution with the relevant technical teams.
- Support improvements in data lifecycle management, governance, cost awareness, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to platform documentation, knowledge sharing, and best-practice guidelines.
- Help ensure that platform usage aligns with internal standards, security requirements, and governance principles.
- Stay informed about current AI, analytics, and data platform trends and assess their potential relevance for business users.
