Profil
- have experience leading and mentoring QA professionals within cross-functional softwaredevelopment teams and several yearsof hands-on experience in software testing, including manual testing of mobile applications(Android and iOS).
- possess a strong understanding of modern testing strategies, including regression, exploratory, and automation-based testing approaches.
- have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify systemic issues and drive sustainable improvements.
- ideally bring experiencewith test automation tools and test management platforms.
- have good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to different audiences.
Aufgaben
- lead and mentor the QA team, foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- are working on defining and evolving the overall testing strategy for backend services and mobile applications, including feature testing, regression testing, smoke testing and exploratory testing.
- will ensure QA processes and practices are consistently applied across cross-functional delivery teams and continuously improved.
- will coordinate release preparation together with the Product Owners and the engineering teams, ensuring releases are properly validated before deployment.
- define, monitor and maintain QA-related KPIs to identify quality gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- are providing hands-on support for testing activities when required, contributing to manual and automated testing efforts and analyze production incidents and hotfixes to identify root causes and drive systemic quality improvements.
- monitor the quality and operational performance of mobility and transport system integrations in production and organize and coordinate field testing activities, focusing on identifying and resolving real user-facing issues.
