Profil

  • Background or some experience in applied computer science, machine learning, data analysis, or AI tools.
  • Ideally, experience using technical documentation software such as FrameMaker, Illustrator, or content management systems.
  • Good technical understanding of how electronic components are assembled or integrated.
  • Interest and basic knowledge of AI applications (ChatGPT, DALL·E, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Great attention to detail and skill in explaining complex technical information clearly and attractively.
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.

Aufgaben

  • Prepare, optimize, and maintain technical documentation (user manuals, operating guides, etc.).
  • Standardize and update manuals and technical instructions.
  • Design graphics, diagrams, and short tutorials to facilitate the understanding of content.
  • Analyze current documentation generation processes to identify opportunities to apply (AI) tools, (automatic text generation or modular content systems).
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and other technical departments in collecting and preparing information.
  • Independently take on specific tasks and projects within the department.
