We are organized in cross-functional product teams of no more than 10 people, which helps us foster individual freedom, ownership and room to grow. Initial Screening to get to know each other - Technical Challenge and Technical Interview to check technical skills - Peer Interviews for cultural fit
Our process starts with a first initial screening interview with one of our recruiters. Afterwards we have a technical challenge for you to complete and a technical interview with two interviewers from the area you're applying for. This is in order to test technical skills that are needed for the position. The last process steps are peer interviews, in which you will get to know different people from all across the company. This last process step is all about the cultural fit.
