He is part of the Global Graduate Program of Generali Group, which consists of three rotations, and he is currently working in a department called Alternative Fixed Income. His tasks could be summarized as providing financing to medium size companies. What he likes most is that he gets to do different projects and meets different companies and people. Another advice Josep gives is "make a good use of time".
