“To answer challenging questions is interesting for me”, Yongding Yu talks about the best aspects toward his job as Academician CASS. He had to work very hard, for living, but also to get the abilities to study at Oxford: “I spent more than 15 years during Culture Revolution. I lost all the opportunities to receive a higher education. I had to go to the countryside to do hard labour.”
