• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Inspirational leader with a passion for developing talent.
• Strong track record in finance transformation, digital enablement, and strategic planning.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and local GAAPs, treasury, tax, SOX and other risk and control standards.
• Deep understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working internationally.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Lead the evolution of the finance function through automation and advanced analytics.
• Deliver actionable insights that empower decision-making and support long-term strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, US-GAAP, SOX, and legal standards.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Lead legal assessment in collaboration with internal and external counsel.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, collaborating across departments to align financial strategy with business objectives and ESG commitments.
• Critically, this role requires close coordination and seamless collaboration with our US-based parent company to ensure alignment on financial reporting, compliance, and cross-border strategic initiatives.

• The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €4.369,71 gross per month for full-time employment.
• The actual compensation will, of course, reflect your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
