• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of codes, quality standards and directives applicable to the scope of responsibility (PED/ATEX, CU-TR, ASME, EN, ASTM, UKCA, RCC-M, RCC-E, ESPN...)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office for analysis and reporting
• Fluency in German and English language is a requirement
• Ability to extensively travel in Germany and wider

• Ensure supplier performance meets requirements through inspections, follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define monitoring levels, conduct inspections, and manage corrective actions to ensure nuclear safety and compliance.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and implement action plans to reduce quality costs.
• Approve nuclear purchase orders, quality plans, technical programs, and specifications.
• Process supplier deviations, non-conformities, and combat Counterfeit, Fraudulent, and Suspect Items cases following established procedures.
• Ensure supplier qualifications and certifications are up to date in the database.
• Work closely with internal teams across Emerson locations, global supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve supplier issues.
• Be trained to audit suppliers for compliance with nuclear codes and standards.
